Robert Hillary
Managing Director
Rob has been Managing Director of Hillary Groundworks since 1987 and is the majority shareholder of the company. His active involvement and ‘hands on’ approach to contract management and estimating, ensures that he keeps a tight rein on delivering a quality service from the design stage to contract completion. After working for over thirty years in the construction industry, Rob has gained valuable experience which helps him to steer Hillary Groundworks towards continued growth and success.

Nick Hillary
Contracts Manager
Nick oversees contracts from start through to completion. He ensures that all work is completed on time and within budget. Nick has over 15 years' experience in the groundworks sector and is responsible for quality management and monitoring as well as health and safety on site. He is equipped with strong analytical skills, creativity and a strong practical working understanding of construction, safety and management.

Jonathan Phillips
Groundworks Foreman
Jonathan is responsible for scheduling, coordinating and supervising the work of all site operatives, ensuring that all contracts are delivered safely, on time and within the allocated budget. He also manages all equipment and materials on site. Jonathan has over 15 years' experience within the Groundworks and Civil Engineering industry, his work has taken him across the globe and he is a senior member of the Hillary Groundworks team.
